- WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DOES SIGNAL COLLECT?
When you access, browse, or use the Website, the type of information that we collect from you can be broken down into the following categories: the information that you provide to us directly, information that we collect automatically while you use the Website, and information collected from third parties.

- To Create an Account: To access some of the features of the Website, you will need to create an account (“Account”). Unless you choose to create an Account by signing into to a Third-Party Platform (as defined below), you will need to provide us with your first and last name, your email address, and a password. In addition, if you would like to purchase a snowboard or subscribe to the MOD Program, you will need to provide us with your mailing address. Any billing information that you provide is stored by our third-party payment processors, PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, and Recharge, and we may add or remove payment processors at a later time. The payment processor's use of your information is subject to that payment processor's own privacy policy.
- Customer Support: If you contact us via email or chat with us directly on the Website, we will collect and store the contact information you provide to us (e.g. your email address and your name) so that we can respond to your requests.
- Product Reviews and Other Public Comments: Throughout the Website, you have the option to post public product reviews and other comments. These reviews and comments will be seen by others who visit the Website, and we may access in real-time, record, or store archives of these public comments on our servers to protect Signal's interests and to personalize your experience on the Website.
- Information that We Collect Automatically. When you use the Website, there is certain information that we will automatically collect from the Device that you are using to visit the Website including, without limitation, identifiers such as your IP address and other location information, and "Log Information" such as your browser type, operating system, referral and exit pages, and your access times. - Information Collected from Third Parties. You may create an Account with us by logging into your account on a third-party platform (e.g Facebook, Google, or Amazon) (“Third-Party Platform”). Depending on your privacy settings, when you connect your Account with a Third-Party Platform we may collect certain information from the Third-Party Platform, including, but not limited to, your name and location.
- HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION.
We use your information in the following ways:
- To operate, improve, and maintain the Website;

We may use your information to send you newsletters and other marketing communications about Signal. If you wish to unsubscribe from a mailing list, you can click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email and you will stop receiving marketing communications. Please allow up to twenty-four hours before you stop receiving marking communications. Please also note that you may continue to receive emails unrelated to marketing.
- SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES.
The Website includes integrated social media features, such as the Facebook “like” button and the Twitter “share” button. Depending on your privacy settings on the social media platform, these features may collect information such as your name and location information. Social media features are hosted by that social media network and your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and terms of use of that social media network.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to Signal, both during transmission and once it is received. While no security system is completely secure, we and our third-party partners and vendors take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of the information we collect. For Signal, this includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all Information is disclosed only on a "need to know" basis and ensuring that all information collected by Signal is done so via secured connections and protected and encrypted industrial grade security software to guard against unauthorized access.
- INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR INFORMATION.
As an organization operating through the internet, we may transfer your information across international borders to third parties acting on its behalf, or for the purposes of processing or storing your information under this Privacy Policy.
