Spencer grew up in Southern California riding places like Mountain High, Big Bear and Mammoth. Part of the Signal family since the beginning, Spencer was 15 when he was placed on the team making him the youngest team rider on Signal. Spencer is one to watch, he's got a long carrer a head of him and it's just getting started!
