Craftsmanship is key in this final detailing process. Drill bits, countersinkers,sidesanders, band saws, basegrinders and waxers are all tools of the trade.

Signal boards go through a vigorous process before they pass through quality control. Sidewall bevels, countersinking, a fine tune or detune and a glassy smooth waxed base are all done by hand at the Lodge.
